Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage, monitor, and interpret patient data and labs.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective care.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, and procedures.
