Advocate Health is seeking aRegistered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) at Aurora West Allis Medical Center in West Allis, WI. This full-time night-shift role (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) offers a 12-hour shift pattern and a 36-hour week with a 50% holiday plan. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, WI RN license, and BLS certification.

BSN preferred. The position provides tuition reimbursement and a competitive benefits package, plus night differential and referral

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice (Wisconsin).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care per standards, policies and procedures.
• Support patient and family education and communication.
• Staff in a 12-hour shift model (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) on IMCU.
