Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to residents in a 79-bed long‑term care and transitional care setting. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care, coordinating with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires an active Minnesota RN license, a nationally accredited nursing education background, and a commitment to Christian-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident education and nursing interventions.
