Job summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is employed by Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process, and to collaborate with residents, families, and the care team.
They will care for residents across all phases of care, supervise other staff as needed, and ensure compliance with nursing standards. This is a full-time role with night shifts, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Licensed RN in Minnesota (multistate where applicable) is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
- Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Care for residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
