Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN delivers individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care in coordination with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team.

Roles include potential charge nurse duties, ensuring safe care, and adherence to state nursing standards. Preference for BSN, active MN RN license, and commitment to quality care in a Christian environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed personnel within job descriptions and resident care needs.
