Job summary

Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center in Amelia, OH, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN night shift. You will provide safe, compassionate nursing care from admission through discharge, coordinating with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license or multi-state license
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per plan of care, including med administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants/STNAs in daily tasks.
• Monitor residents, recognize changes, and notify physician and care team as needed.
• Maintain a positive, resident-centered environment.
