Qualifications

• Associates required; Bachelor's preferred.
• RN license required; BLS & ACLS certifications preferred or required as stated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across multiple patient factors to guide care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective communication.
• Document patient information, care activities, and outcomes accurately.
