Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or group according to established standards and nursing process.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines.
• Collaborates with patient, family and healthcare team to provide safe, healing care.
• Participates in discharge planning and delegates duties of healthcare team members.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
