Job summary

Adventist Health Sonora is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide coordinated patient care during night shifts. You will guide and supervise nursing staff, collaborate with the care team, and coordinate discharge planning to ensure safe continuity of care in a busy hospital setting.

Ideal candidates hold state RN licensure, CPR/BLS, ACLS or ARC-ALS, and PALS or ARC-PALS certifications, with a BSN preferred and acute care experience. Vaccination compliance may apply per policy.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice (Required).
• BSN degree preferred; acute care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care per established standards and nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines using clinical judgment.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.
