Job summary

AdventHealth in Castle Rock, CO seeks a Registered Nurse for night shift, full-time, to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. You will administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license (Registered Nurse) required
• Associate degree in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred)
• 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred
• English fluency (read, verbal, written)
• Basic computer skills; ability to navigate Windows-based programs

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols; monitor adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
