Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Maintains current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Active Florida or Compact nursing license and two years of specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients per policies and philosophy.
• Demonstrates professional leadership and collaborates with the healthcare team.
• Maintains service excellence and strong communication with patients and families.
