Lakewood Ranch Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery to provide safe, compassionate care on the Night shift (11p-7a). Eligible candidates with two+ years of RN experience may qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Required two years of experience in speciality.
• All Nursing Units ACLS as of start date.
• Women's Center: NRP as of start date.
• ICU/PCU: NIH within 90 days of start date.
• ER: PALS, CPI within 90 days of start date, NIH within 90 days of start date.
• PACU: PALS as of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
• Other duties as assigned.
