Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current BLS certification at hire.
• Active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Minimum two years RN experience in newborn/acute care.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS/CPI certifications may be required at start date depending on unit.
• Sign-on bonus eligibility for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for newborns and mothers.
• Leads and supports the healthcare team on night shift.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence and strong communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
