Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at the Tuscaloosa County Jail in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This full-time night shift role runs 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating schedules on 12-hour shifts.

A sign-on and retention bonus is available. You will provide nursing care in a structured correctional setting, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure patient

Competenze

Must hold a valid RN license (state-specific).
Experience in clinical nursing and patient care preferred.

Mansioni

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting
Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Respond to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition
Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Provide patient education and promote continuity of care
Work collaboratively with the healthcare and correctional teams
