Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany, a 79-bed long-term skilled and transitional care facility in Brainerd, MN, is seeking a licensed RN for full-time night shifts. You will perform nursing assessments, plan and implement resident care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

We offer night and weekend differentials, education assistance, and opportunities for advancement. Must be a MN RN with licensure and be eligible for the facility’s benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota or hold a multi-state license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
