Qualifications

• Oregon RN license is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Violence prevention training required or completed by deadline.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan care with the interprofessional team.
• Establish diagnoses and update the care plan as needed.
• Provide individualized care including medications and wound care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and fall risk management.
• Document assessments, care and teaching in EMR accurately.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about illness, tests, and prevention.
• Supervise unlicensed staff and maintain unit safety.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives.
