Job summary

Bay Area Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift coverage in the Medical Care Unit. The RN will apply the nursing process, document patient care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, and supporting discharge planning. Candidates should hold an Oregon RN license and BLS certification, with acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Oregon.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Recent acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
