Dimondale Nursing Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our EPIC team in Dimondale, MI. You will deliver specialized nursing care across orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, and more, using advanced technology and collaborating with a strong interdisciplinary team.

This full-time role offers a $15,000 sign-on paid monthly, nightly wage up to $43.55/hour plus shift premiums, comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, loan repayment, 401k,

Qualifications

• RN license in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities to plan and adjust care.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed and liaise with patients and families.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to patient well-being.
• Promote hospitality and patient-centered service within daily interactions.
• Supervise the Nurse Aide team, provide training, and contribute to evaluations.
