Job summary

Medilodge of West Bloomfield in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The position offers leading market wages and a work culture focused on growth, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Starting wages are $39.40 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 8 quarters, plus a $3.40/hour incentive; flexible pay options include daily or bi-weekly payroll. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Supervises, directs and evaluates LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs and documents treatments.
• Coordinates nursing care of residents when scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training for personnel.
