Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fitchburg is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift. Eligible candidates receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to provide patient-centered rehabilitation in a leading national inpatient program with advanced technology.

As a nurse on our team, you will supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and collaborate with diverse departments to ensure coordinated, high‑quality rehabilitation.

Formación

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
