• Supervise and support STNAs during the shift.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Respond appropriately to changes in condition and emergency situations.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Promote a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers.

Swanton Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team on Night Shift.

Position Overview

As an LPN/RN at Swanton Valley, you will provide quality nursing care to our residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and resident-centered environment.
