Job summary

Swanton Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Ohio is seeking a motivated RN to join our compassionate care team. You will monitor patients, administer medications according to orders, and help develop individualized care plans to support residents' well-being.

You will collaborate with physicians and a diverse team, supervise LPNs and STNAs, and maintain accurate medical records while ensuring clear communication with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license required.

Responsibilities
