Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per residents' plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor resident condition.
• Communicate changes to physicians and care team promptly.
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately.
• Supervise and support STNAs during the shift.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Respond to changes in condition and emergencies.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
• Foster a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff.
