Job summary

Wellstar Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse for night shift in Georgia to join an interdisciplinary team focused on high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will support care guided by the Nurse Practice Model, Wellstar Values, and evidence-based standards while coordinating with Nurse Managers and other leaders. As a member of the patient services team, you will perform the Nursing Process, uphold safety and ethics standards, and contribute to shared governance

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or graduate of accredited/approved nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required (BSN preferred).
• RN license for Georgia or Compact license (multistate).
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting diverse populations and cultures.
• Collaborate with patients and families; participate in interdisciplinary rounds and patient teaching.
• Document care timely and coordinate with care managers and healthcare team.
• Engage in performance improvement and shared governance activities to optimize patient outcomes.
