• Partners with patient and family via bedside shift reports, rounds, and patient teaching; aligns goals with the care plan.
• Practices using current clinical practice standards.
• Coordinates safe, high-quality patient care documentation and delivery.
• Demonstrates teamwork and fiscal responsibility in care delivery and recruitment/retention considerations.
• Engages in performance improvement and supports shared governance at all levels.
• Completes required education and acts as a preceptor/mentor when appropriate.
