Licensed nurses with strong clinical skills will collaborate with care managers and leaders to ensure patient-centered outcomes, safety, and continuous professional development, in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; identification of outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care.
• Provides relationship-based patient centered care that is culturally sensitive and adapts to diversity.
• Partners with patient and significant others (as appropriate) using bedside shift reports, rounds, and patient teaching to align goals with the care plan.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and participates in performance improvement and shared governance.
