Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care CVICU team in Glenview, IL. This full-time night position (7pm-7:30am) involves rotating weekends and caring for diverse patient populations using the nursing process to plan and evaluate care.

Requires IL RN license and BLS/CPR certification; BSN preferred. Prior hospital experience and ECMO/Impella familiarity are pluses. Comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• IL nursing license required
• BSN degree preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required
• Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience preferred
• ECMO or Impella pump experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
