Beth Israel Lahey Health Exeter Hospital in Exeter, NH is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant for the night float pool. The position offers a full-time night schedule with weekend rotation in a Magnet-recognized care environment.

Qualifications

Licensed Nursing Assistant – NH State requirements.
CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Follows established policies and procedures and infection control standards.
Performs basic procedures (incentive spirometry, glucose testing, non-sterile dressing changes, oral suctioning) with aseptic technique.
Provides personal care to patients.
Monitors patient conditions and reports changes to appropriate personnel.
Documents patient care accurately in medical records.
Maintains a safe, comfortable environment and supports patient rights.
Engages in educational programs and professional development.
Assesses functioning of medical equipment for patient safety.
Contributes to care plan development and implementation.
