Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; licensure as RN required.
• Minimum 6 months RN nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification; card valid through 60 days after hire.
• BLS certification must be in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a progressive care unit using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Support wellness, safety, and evidence-based practice at point of care.
• Contribute to precepting and training new staff in clinical orientation.
