Qualifications

• ADN required to apply.
• BSN preferred; must matriculate to BSN if ADN.
• RN license is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience.
• 2–3 years in Rapid Response/CCU/ER or similar high-acuity areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical expert, mentor, and operational partner to frontline staff.
• Provide rapid, expert clinical support for acute deterioration outside ICU.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, respiratory therapy, and leadership.
• Support patient safety and clinical decision-making on the unit.
