Job summary

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is hiring an RN to independently plan, coordinate, and direct nursing care for general medicine patients. The unit features a 5:1 patient RN ratio with a charge RN overseeing assignments across shifts.

The role requires an ADN, RN license, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience; BSN is preferred and may be pursued during employment. Night shift options are available within a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; must matriculate to BSN per nursing guidelines
• RN license required
• CPR required

• 1 year nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct nursing care for assigned patients
• Coordinate medical plans with support services for assigned patients
• Identify and implement nursing interventions and evaluate results
