Job summary

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, is seeking an RN for the Critical Care Response Team on 12-hour nights. The role serves as a clinical expert, mentor, and operational partner to frontline nurses, providers, respiratory therapy, and nursing leadership.

You will participate in rapid response, critical care initiatives, and ensure high-acuity patient care while supporting a collaborative Johns Hopkins environment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) (Required)
• Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and
• Applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program.
• RN - Registered Nurse License (Required)
• CPR - Basic CPR (Required)
• Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience (Required)
• 2 to 3 years' experience in Rapid Response, Critical Care/ Critical Care Transport, Emergency Department, ICU or similar high-acuity areas preferred
