Kettering Health Main Campus in Dayton, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift (12-hour). The RN will provide comprehensive care in collaboration with a health care team, uphold professional standards, and advocate for patient safety. A licensed Ohio RN is required; BSN preferred within five years.

ACLS/NRP/PALS may be required by unit scope. This role supports the network's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Must have Ohio RN license.
• BSN preferred within 5 years of hire.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS as determined by unit scope.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process in collaboration with other health care providers.
• Maintain professional development and practice within legal scope of care.
• Advocate for patient safety, delegation of care, and participation in performance improvement activities.
