Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor effects per orders.
• Document care in the EHR accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and infection control.
