Job summary

Kettering Health Dayton is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift, providing comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The RN must be licensed in Ohio, a graduate of an accredited nursing program, with BLS and optional ACLS/NRP/PALS per unit.

Qualifications

Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, ACEN, CCNE).
BSN preferred; must be completed within 5 years of hire.
BLS certification; ACLS/NRP/PALS as determined by unit scope of practice.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in collaboration with other health care providers.
Accountable for professional development and practice within the scope defined by law.
Advocate for safe care and participate in performance and practice improvement activities.
