Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Level IV NICU position in Seattle. You will deliver high-acuity neonatal care and work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of NICU RN experience post-graduation, Washington RN license, and BLS/NRP certification upon hire. Level IV NICU experience is preferred and the role is onsite with a 36-hour week and 12-hour night shifts.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-graduation NICU RN experience.
  • Washington State RN License – required upon hire.
  • BLS – American Heart Association – required upon hire.
  • NRP – American Academy of Pediatrics – required upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonatal patients.
  • Assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient condition.
  • Maintain required NICU clinical competencies.
  • Advocate for safe, ethical, holistic, and family-centered patient care.
  • Educate and support patients' families according to their needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members.
  • Coordinate care and appropriately delegate responsibilities.
  • Apply evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and safety.
  • Participate in professional development and maintain specialty competencies.

Shift: 12-hour Night Shifts



Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Seattle. The RN will provide specialized, high-acuity nursing care to neonatal patients while collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team.



Candidates must have at least 1 full year of actual post-graduation NICU RN experience.




  • Nursing school clinical rotations do not count.

  • Nursing residency programs do not count.

  • Candidates without post-graduation NICU RN experience will not be considered.

  • Level IV NICU experience is strongly preferred.



Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
