Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a dedicated RN specializing in the NICU to join our 13-week assignment. The role focuses on critically ill neonates, with an emphasis on patient safety and high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

The NFT position requires a minimum of 2 years NICU experience, an active RN license, BLS and NRP certifications, and the ability to attend deliveries including C-sections. Night shift hours are 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience.
• Level III NICU experience preferred.
• BLS certification and NRP certification required.
• Active RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for critically ill neonates in a high-paced NICU.
• Maintain patient safety and quality care with a 2:3 patient ratio.
• Document care in Meditech and CPNS as required.
• Attend deliveries when needed, including C-sections.

Description:The position requires a registered nurse specializing in the neonatal intensive care unit.The nurse will be responsible for providing care to critically ill newborns.This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and quality care.The nurse will work in a unit that has a 2:3 patient ratio.Experience with specific equipment such as BCPAP and HFNCP is preferred.The documentation system used will be Meditech and CPNS.The dress code mandates royal blue and/or white scrubs.Nail policies require clean and healthy nails with no artificial nails.Hair should be neat and clean, with no extreme styles or colors.Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited.Tattoos should be covered whenever possible.Candidates must be team players and possess experience with Meditech.The attendance policy will be followed consistently.
