Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced RN for the NICU in Providence, RI. This contract role delivers high-acuity neonatal care to premature and critically ill newborns on a Level II/III unit using specialized equipment.

You will join a dedicated team on 36 hours per week across 3 × 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), with three openings. Requirements include active RN license, BLS, NRP, EPIC experience, 1–2+ NICU years, and vaccines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license or compact license.
• AHA BLS certification.
• NRP certification.
• EPIC experience required.
• 1–2+ years NICU experience.
• Recent Level II/III NICU experience preferred/required.
• Flu vaccination required.
• COVID-19 vaccination required; no exemptions.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns.
• Monitor high-acuity neonatal patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Operate and adjust specialized neonatal medical equipment.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Support feeding, comfort, hygiene, and other essential newborn needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team.
• Educate and support parents and families throughout the NICU experience.
• Help ensure safe, compassionate, and effective neonatal care.

Join a specialized Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team providing compassionate, high-quality care to premature and critically ill newborns. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NICU RN who is comfortable caring for high-acuity neonates and working with specialized neonatal equipment.

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns.
