Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Minnesota facility. The role involves managing and supervising resident care, aligning with nursing standards and the facility's QAPI program, and ensuring the highest quality person-centered care.

You will conduct health assessments, develop care plans, and oversee nursing interventions while evaluating outcomes. The RN will perform IV therapy, PICC line care, and resident education, while maintaining scope-of-practice

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in CPR and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and supervise resident care in alignment with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards and QAPI program.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee nursing interventions.
• Provide direct nursing services including IV therapy and PICC line care and educate residents.
• Maintain documentation, safety, HIPAA, and infection control compliance.
