PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Waterbury is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver and supervise patient care on the unit. You will participate in interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching for post-hospital care.

The role requires CT RN licensure, current BLS, and ACLS within 90 days (ACLS required for Charge Nurses). Prior inpatient med-surg experience is preferred. This hospital will open October 2026 and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Holds a current licensure as a registered nurse in CT or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• Access community resources to support ongoing care.
