Pella Regional Health Center in Pella, IA is offering an RN New Graduate Residency designed to train new grads in Medical Surgical, Post-Partum, and Emergency Nursing. The program will rotate through departments, with opportunities in Surgery and Hospice as time permits.

Shifts alternate between day and night over about six months, followed by potential placement in specialty areas or continued float across units to support staffing needs.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Iowa in good standing.
• Complete Basic Life Support and Dependent Adult & Child Abuse training.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
