Qualifications
- Current NC RN license or eligibility to practice in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Diploma in Nursing, ADN, or higher from an accredited program.
- 0-6 months RN experience.
- American Heart Association BLS required.
- ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP required within 6 months of hire (based on unit placement).
Responsibilities
- Delivering safe, evidence-based care with the support of experienced preceptors.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to shape exceptional patient experiences.
- Leveraging advanced technology and clinical tools to support patient well-being.
- Participating in structured learning, simulation, and specialty rotations.
- Building confidence and competence through hands-on practice and mentorship.
