Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for 9T Neurosurgical Telemetry. This full-time role supports a 36-bed unit with telemetry monitoring and advanced spine surgery pathways.

The RN will coordinate patient care, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate care on a 7p–7a schedule. Requires an accredited nursing program completion, an active RN license in North Carolina, and BLS certification; at least 6 months of RN

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of RN experience.
• Registered Nurse license for the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead safety and quality efforts to ensure patient safety and experience across the continuum.
