Advocate Health Care's Carolinas Medical Center - Nursing: Med Surg 9T in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced RN for Neuro Med Surg Telemetry on a 7p-7a schedule. This full-time role offers a 36-hour work week, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide and coordinate patient care using nursing processes and evidence-based practice. Qualified candidates will have an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, at least 6 months RN experience, and BLS

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months RN experience; not for new grads.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care following nursing process to ensure safety and therapeutic outcomes.
• Lead communications and collaborate with the care team to coordinate care.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making in Spine/Neurosurgical telemetry.
• Create safe patient environment and high-quality patient experience.
