Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to join a 20-bed Med/Surg/Stroke unit on the 6th floor. You will deliver direct nursing care, coordinate care plans, and educate patients and families while ensuring safety and excellent outcomes.

The role requires caring, empathetic professionals with ADN/BSN, RN licensure, BLS, and at least one year of acute care experience or military RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Current state RN licensure
• One year of acute care RN experience OR military RN experience
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
