Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise them as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record and monitor outcomes.
• Respond to code situations promptly and provide stabilizing interventions.
• Supervise and delegate care within the healthcare team to ensure quality.
