AdventHealth Parker, Colorado, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for NICU to join our team on the night shift.

You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, educate families, document care, and collaborate with the care team to achieve positive outcomes. REQUIREMENTS include 2+ years NICU experience, Associate degree in Nursing, RN license and BLS certification.

Formación

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience.
• RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological and psychosocial factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and reassess regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and care activities.
• Evaluate care plans and adjust to improve outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
