Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado seeks an experienced NICU RN to join our night shift team. You will assess, plan, and implement patient care, administer medications, and educate families while coordinating with a multidisciplinary staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
• A minimum of 2 years of NICU experience [Required]
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification [Required]

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across multiple factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments following orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
