Job summary

Community Medical Centers in California is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for inpatient acute care. You will deliver direct patient care, perform assessments, and implement care plans guided by evidence-based practice.

You will collaborate with physicians and families to ensure smooth stays and continuity of care, while maintaining precise documentation and upholding safety standards in a team-driven environment committed to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, HSE, or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• At least 2+ years acute care RN experience required. Oncology, Med Surg or Case Management RN experience preferred
• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices
• Complete thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillary staff and families to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold safety and regulatory standards
