Qualifications

• 5 years of quality, clinical, compliance, or healthcare administration experience.

Responsibilities

As part of Community Health System, you will join a team dedicated to advancing patient safety and improving clinical outcomes across our hospitals and clinics. In this role, you will use your clinical background and analytical skills to elevate organizational quality performance, including national standards such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) 5-Star Quality Rating and the Leapfrog Safety Grade.

In this role, you willidentifytrends in clinical outcomes, translate performance data into clear and actionable insights, and partner with departments to support meaningful and sustainable improvements. Your work will help drive patient safety initiatives, strengthen care deliveryprocessesand support caregivers and leaders in making data-informed decisions that enhance the quality of care across the system.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursingor a Healthcare related fieldrequired

• 5 years of quality, clinical, compliance, or healthcare administration experiencerequired

• Experience with regulatory bodies and requirements for process implementation (e.g., TJC, CDPH, CMS)required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of Californiarequired
